by a national bank over a domain dispute resulting in a
large monetary settlement in favor of our client.
Forced the transfer of a domain name (costamartravel.com) registered
in bad faith through ICANN proceedings conducted via the World

the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board for the trademark BBQ PIT
