Alex D. Patel - Partner

Background

Alex Patel, concentrates his practice on the full spectrum of trademark prosecution and litigation, representing individuals and corporations. As a specialist in trademark litigation and domain disputes, he counsels his clients in all phases of disputes on both routine and complex infringment matters.

When matters cannot be resolved through administrative means, Mr. Patel represents his clients in litigation in the U.S. District Courts and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also represents clients in criminal intellectual property infringment matters.
