PRICE GUIDE ESSENTIALS
At TM Law LLC, I have a different set of rules than most attorneys that I am proud of:
1. I do NOT charge fees for using credit cards.
2. I do not think you should pay outrageous prices just because I am an attorney.
3. I will post my prices on my website: 99.9% of attorneys will not.
4. I travel TO YOU and do not charge travel fees.
5. I do offer one FREE up-front consult and one FREE consult after completion of work.
CURRENT FEE SCHEDULE
This is for all NEW and CURRENT clients. Please read carefully as we are making some changes to the way we do business.
BRAND NEW CLIENT FEES:
We will do an initial up to 30 minute FREE phone consult with you to establish your need for a Trademark, Prenup or Contract. Trust prices are listed below.
*Consults can be on the phone or Zoom at client's discretion.
*This fee will come OFF OF THE COST OF YOUR RETAINER if you retain us for services.
Once the consult takes place, we will schedule an Intake appointment, at a cost.

TRUST CLIENT FEES:
For all NEW Trusts set up with us, you will get a FREE consultation (up to 30 minutes) before the Trust to discuss if a Trust is a good option for you. After your Trust is set up, you will get ONE free consultation (up to 30 minutes) to answer any questions you may have after we bring the Trust to you.
After this free consult, we will need to charge consult fees in order to answer your questions further since the work has been completed. Please call to schedule an appointment with Teshia.
For all PREVIOUS Trusts set up with us, please call to schedule a consultation to speak with Teshia. There will be a charge moving forward for all consultations beyond one free consult after your Trust is set up.

Up to a 1 hour consult with Teshia: $100.00

NEW TRUST CLIENT FEES:
We will do an initial up to 30 minutes FREE phone consult with you to establish your need for a Trust.

*This fee will come OFF OF THE COST OF YOUR TRUST if you retain us to create your Trust.
Once the Trust consult takes place, we will schedule the Trust Intake appointment, at a cost.
Up to a 2 hour Trust Intake with Teshia: $175.00
*Fees for Trust Intakes must be paid prior to the appointment time. We will send you a Fee Agreement to sign before the appointment.
*Trust Intakes can be on the phone or Zoom at client's discretion.
*This fee will come OFF OF THE COST OF YOUR TRUST if you retain us to create your Trust.
Once the Trust consult and Intake takes place, we will bill you for the remainder of the cost of your Trust, minus the $175 Trust Intake you have already paid.

TRUSTEE NOTARIZATION CHARGES:
Mail Docs to Trustees: $25.00
*If we need to mail pages for your Trustee to sign, there will be a $25.00 charge to do this. We will scan and send back to you.
Meet With Trustees: $50.00 + Mileage Fee
*If we need to meet with your Trustee to sign and notarize their pages, there will be a $50.00 charge to do this. We will scan and send back to you. We will give you a Mileage Fee based on travel time.
